Germany tightens corona regulations when using restaurants Shortening quarantine period

German Chancellor Schortz announced on the 7th that he will tighten restrictions on the use of restaurants and require the presentation of a negative certificate in addition to the vaccination certificate or recovery certificate of the new coronavirus. ..

The prime ministers of all 16 states support vaccination requirements, and the House of Representatives will soon consider the bill.

However, those who received booster vaccination are exempt from the restrictions on using restaurants, and even if they come into contact with infected people, they do not need to be isolated.

This is part of an effort to get more people to receive booster vaccinations. According to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), 41.6% of people in the country received a booster vaccination.

On the other hand, the quarantine period between infected persons and their contacts will be shortened from 14 days to 10 days. If it is negative after 7 days, the quarantine can be terminated.
